Keeping your system maintained can sometimes be difficult to remember, or even troublesome. We find the problems for you sometimes before they even occur (Preventative Maintenance). These problems can leave you without water, or system issues that can cause damage if left unattended for too long. Fehl Safe Water Systems LLC offers several service plans that can assist in maintaining home RO (Reverse Osmosis) systems, softeners, aerators, pressure tanks, filters, chemicals, and salt delivery.
Premium Maintenance Plan — $145/month
Our Premium Salt Service Plan is designed to keep your water treatment system operating at peak performance while eliminating the hassle of purchasing and maintaining salt and chlorine. With monthly scheduled service from our trained water treatment specialists — both included every month — you’ll enjoy cleaner, better-quality water and the confidence that your system is being professionally monitored year-round. Every visit includes a full inspection of your softener, filters, and treatment equipment, plus a performance check aimed at catching potential problems early and extending the equipment’s working life. Premium also comes with two free non-emergency service calls a year and 15% savings on any repairs beyond that, so both routine upkeep and the occasional surprise are covered, backed by priority support whenever you need to reach us.

This plan does not include repair labor or replacement parts, replacement filters or cartridges, media replacement or rebedding, control valve replacement, plumbing modifications or new installations, emergency service calls, major diagnostics or extensive troubleshooting, or electrical repairs.
Any repairs, replacement filters, media changes, or additional services identified during routine maintenance will be quoted separately and performed only upon customer approval.
Gold Maintenance Plan — $120/month
Our Gold Salt Service Plan is designed for homeowners who want regular maintenance and peace of mind without the cost of a full-service maintenance program. Salt and chlorine are included every month, so you’re never the one hauling bags or mixing tablets, and a technician inspects your full water treatment system monthly — checking filter condition, verifying settings and regeneration cycles, and reviewing performance with you along the way. That regular attention means small problems get caught early, before they turn into bigger repairs, and improved water quality and system performance come as a byproduct of the plan rather than something you have to chase down yourself. Enrolled homeowners also get 10% off any services or repairs the plan doesn’t cover.
Well pump repair/replacement can be covered at 50% for an extra $50 per month.

This plan does not include repairs or replacement parts, filter replacements, media replacement, plumbing modifications, emergency service calls, or major diagnostics and troubleshooting. Plan may not be canceled without being active for at least one year if warranty pump work is done.
Any repairs, replacement filters, media changes, or additional services identified during inspection will be quoted separately and performed only upon customer approval.
Basic Maintenance Plan — $75/month
The Basic Salt Maintenance Plan is built for homeowners who just want their softener kept up without having to think about it. For $75 a month, a Fehl Safe technician handles the monthly upkeep for you — delivering and refilling your softener salt, inspecting the brine tank, verifying your system’s settings and regeneration cycles, and testing your water quality — then walks you through how everything’s performing so small issues get flagged before they turn into bigger repairs. You also get 5% off any additional services or repairs while enrolled, with no long-term contract required.
